Like many of you, our race plans for the weekend were affected by severe weather yesterday that forced some races to be shortened and others to be cancelled altogether.

Having experienced both sides of the equation we sympathize with both the athletes who were unable to fulfill their race plans as well as with the race directors who were forced to make difficult decisions intended to protect the athletes that never seem to have an easy answer.
